Booking Terms – Bellavigna Country House

Below are the terms and conditions that apply when booking a stay at Bellavigna Country House. Please read this information carefully before making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may only be cancelled by sending an e-mail to info@bellavigna.it.

Cancellation Charges

For extended stays, group bookings, peak season or holiday periods, the property reserves the right to treat reservations as non-refundable, with a 100% charge of the total amount in case of cancellation.

This alternative arrangement will always be agreed via e-mail at the time of booking.

Booking Modifications

Any changes to the booking must be agreed in advance with the management, subject to availability. Agreed modifications do not incur any additional charges.

Arrival and Departure Times

Check-in

2:00 – 8:00 PM

Check-out

by 11:00 AM

Check-in after 8:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged via e-mail in the days before arrival. Failure to arrive within the check-in window will be treated as a no-show without notice, resulting in the forfeiture of any right to a refund.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome only if agreed at the time of booking, subject to the following conditions:

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times
Pets are not permitted in food & beverage areas or the pool area
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, both indoors and outdoors
Owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other guests
Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet
The property reserves the right to assess and charge for any damage caused
