CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations can be canceled only by email at info AT bellavigna.it

PENALTIES IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

  • 30% will be paid by credit card at the time of booking and will not be refundable.
  • 70% on full payment will not be charged if cancellation is made 7 days before the day of check-in.
  • The cancellation is valid only if made by email.

In case of particularly long stays, group bookings, high season periods or holidays, the hotel reserves the right to manage bookings as non-refundable for 100% of the amount in case of cancellation. This alternative mode will be agreed by email at the time of booking.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION TERMS:
It must be agreed in advance with the management based on availability and will not be charged.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

  • ARRIVAL: the rooms will be available from 1:30pm to 8:30pm
  • DEPARTURE: rooms must be vacated at 11.00am maximum

Check-in after 8:30pm can not be done if not agreed by email the days before the arrival.

The overrun of the registration time makes the reservation considered as a no-show by the customer and not the right to a refund.

PETS:
Pets are allowed only if agreed before booking with the management and under the following conditions:

  • Pets must be kept on a leash in the hotel.
  • Pets are not allowed in the food and beverage areas, and in the pool area.
  • The customers are responsible for the cleaning of the animal inside the structure and in the external spaces.
  • The customers must ensure that the animals do not disturb the other customers.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage to their pets.
  • The property reserves the right to the value of any damage caused by the animal to charge them to the customer.
